On-Guard Features- Basic and Pro
On-Guard is available in two versions. Features followed by an * are for the Pro version only.

Written in FileMaker, a 4GL DBMS language

Both the Basic+ and the Pro+ versions include the ability to have the residents update their own data records via their Internet connection using their browser.

Resident fields on main Property/Resident: detail screen

• Lot or Unit #
• Account #
• Type – Owner or Renter
• Resident – First and Last Name fields
• Co-Resident – First and Last Name fields
• Property Street Address with City, State and Zip fields
• Primary Phone # with automatic dialing capability *
• E-mail address with e-mail sending capability *
• Additional Phone #’s input and listing includes standard dropdown inputs for fax, work, etc.
• Children residents or relatives with input and listing includes age and relationship
• Guests (permanentor Temporary) input and listing
• Contractors with input and listing with dropdown box for titles (gardener, irrigation, housekeeper etc,)
• Resident vehicles – input and listing – full details of vehicles including gate opener or barcode information.
• Visitors – scheduled and unscheduled with input for visitors and their vehicles and listing of same
• Directions – Directions from the gatehouse to the property.  This information prints on passes
• Restricted access flag – If property is restricted the flag shows Yes in red.  This means the guards call for all guests, visitors or contractors.
• Notes field – provides a date/time stamp of all relevant information and provides the users name..
• All Resident information – may be also listed from the Property/Resident: detail screen
